Check-in and fill in information (Only applicable to first-time customers)
Customers provide information regarding skin condition, medical history, current skincare routine, declare any special conditions (e.g., pregnancy), and underlying medical conditions.
Step 3
Skin Analysis
Customers will have their makeup removed and skin cleansed before undergoing analysis with the Observ 520X machine. This process records parameters and images to assist the Doctor in the examination and development of an appropriate treatment protocol.
Step 4
Examination, Consultation, and Treatment Planning
The Dermatologist examines each customers and proposes a suitable treatment protocol based on the individual's skin condition, medical history, and treatment expectations.
Step 5
Payment
Customers proceed to the pharmacy counter to settle the costs.
Step 6
Treatment Implementation
Invasive procedures such as fractional CO2 laser, subcision, dermarolling, RF microneedling, TCA CROSS, and mesotherapy are performed directly by the Dermatologist. Skincare techniques are carried out by a nursing team specialized in acne and acne scar care.
Step 7 Home Skincare and Cosmeceutical Consultation
Customers receive consultation from qualified Pharmacists regarding a home skincare routine based on the Doctor's recommendations. This includes medications and cosmeceuticals suitable for the skin condition to optimize the treatment process at the Clinic.
Step 8 Re-examination
