BAP injection – SKIN Glowing, firming AND rejuvenation in just ONE PROCEDURE
What is BAP injection?
BAP injection (Bio-Aesthetic Points) is an injection technique into bio-aesthetic points on the skin (cheeks, lower cheeks, chin, nasal base, jawline…), often related to ligament locations (zygomatic ligament, orbital ligament, masseteric ligament…), thereby helping distribute active ingredients evenly without needing many injection points.
This method is often applied for skin boosters, bio-remodeling, and biostimulators, helping improve elasticity, deep hydration, ligament sustainability, adipose tissue proliferation, collagen production stimulation, filling fine lines and acne scars.
With the advantages of fewer injection points, minimal pain, minimal swelling, and quick recovery time, BAP injection helps the skin become glowing, firm, and naturally rejuvenated after just one session.
Which BAP injection product is suitable for your skin?
At Doctor Acnes, the BAP injection procedure uses high-end product lines widely used worldwide, including Karisma and Infini Premium F5+ Booster (Italy), Jalupro Super Hydro and Profhilo (Switzerland), Rejuran S and Gouri (Korea), helping to visibly improve aging issues, hydration, wrinkles, acne scars, and skin elasticity. Each product has a different mechanism of action and priority indication, so clients need to be examined directly before choosing.
Each skin has different issues and treatment needs, so the Dermatologist at Doctor Acnes will directly examine and advise on the most suitable product, helping achieve optimal rejuvenation results after just one session.

Frequently asked questions about BAP injection at Doctor Acnes
Is BAP injection painful?
BAP injection may cause a slight sensation of pain at injection points but is completely within a tolerable range. Before the procedure, clients will be applied with numbing cream to reduce discomfort, helping the injection process take place gently and quickly.
How long does the effectiveness of BAP injection last?
After 3 – 7 days, the skin begins to be glowing, smooth, and hydrated. Effectiveness is more visible after 2 – 4 weeks, when collagen and elastin are stimulated to produce.
Depending on the constitution and product used, results can last from 6 – 12 months. To prolong effectiveness, the Dermatologist may recommend a repeat injection after 6 months or according to a suitable protocol.
Are there any abstinences after BAP injection?
After BAP injection, the skin is still sensitive, so it needs careful protection from sunlight; use hats, soft fabric masks, and SPF 30+ sunscreen to protect the skin. In the first few days, avoid swimming pools, saunas, and vigorous exercise to limit swelling. If there is slight swelling, warm compresses can be applied, sleep with head elevated, and limit alcoholic beverages and high-salt foods.
The skin may be drier after injection if not provided with enough water, so drink plenty of water and moisturize fully with products containing ceramides, HA, dimethicone. Avoid strong touching, rubbing, or using cosmetics while the skin is still sensitive. The Dermatologist will advise in detail on skin recovery support products to help optimize effectiveness.
Can BAP injection be combined with any method to increase effectiveness?
BAP injection can be flexibly combined with other methods to achieve recovery and rejuvenation effects:
- Dull, lifeless skin: combine BAP + mesotherapy for skin brightening to improve pigmentation, help skin tone be even, and enhance skin vitality.
- Thin, weak, easily irritated skin: combine BAP + mesotherapy for skin recovery to deeply restore the skin and reinforce the skin barrier.
- Additionally, BAP injection products usually only play the role of deep nutrient supplementation and are often applied to the lower 2/3 of the face. When there is a need for full-face treatment, clients need to combine with other methods such as botulinum toxin injections or high-tech machines like laser, HIFU, RF to optimize effectiveness.
How is BAP injection different from mesotherapy?
BAP injection requires only a few injection points on each side of the face, helping distribute nutrients evenly, strongly stimulating collagen, and maintaining long-lasting effectiveness. Meanwhile, mesotherapy requires many small injection points over the entire face, has shorter effectiveness, and is more likely to cause redness and swelling. BAP is the optimal choice for those who want quick skin rejuvenation, minimal invasion, and quick recovery.
